Complaint Policy

At the IBCK Educational Center we are aware of that fact that from time to time problems, complaints, misunderstandings, or offenses may arise within the school setting. We seek to always resolve any issues through prayer and Biblical application. Our process of problem solving is based on Matthew 18:15-17 and I Corinthians 11:17-19.

Problem Solving Process

1. Act expediently whenever an issue arises, do not let the issue linger.

2. Do not speak of the issue with people that are not directly involved. This will prevent unsubstantiated truths and/or gossip to spread throughout the school and parent community

3. You should go directly to the Board of Directors. The issue must be submitted in writing to the pastor who is part of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will do everything possible to bring a fair solution to the issue. This is the highest level of appeal within the IBCK Educational Center system.
